Holly Y. Li is a zealous entrepreneur whose passion is to develop cutting edge proprietary technologies and generate value for investors and the society. Prior to her leadership at SABD, Ms. Li was an opto-electronics engineer and a lawyer specializes in all areas of IP practices including patent litigation, assertion, prosecution, licensing, and IP portfolio management, strategic alliance and market entry strategies. With experience at Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) and several prominent law firms, Ms. Li excels in patent licensing, defense, and litigation and she has successfully represented companies in contentious proceedings and managed international IP portfolios.   

David has 20+ years of experience in radiation oncology.  His most recent role implemented safety processes as Technical Operations Manager, Radiation Oncology, NYU Langone Hospitals.  He has also established graduate level workshops with HKUST’s Department of Engineering and Computer Science .

Martin has 24+ years in computer hardware, software, systems, operations.  Specialization with patent development, DoD contractors, academic healthcare, implementation, operation, support and service delivery.  IP development and early career implementations with privacy and data security solutions.
